Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The purchase contracts concluded with MUSAE STUDIO are subject to Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, which provides the buyer the right to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Who it applies to: This applies to private individuals (consumers) who are acting for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activities.
Therefore, purchases made by resellers and companies (B2B) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
What it entails: The consumer has the right, within 14 working days of receiving the goods, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
This right allows the consumer to return the purchased item to the seller and receive a refund of the purchase price.
Customized products according to the customer's specifications are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 59, letter c of the Consumer Code).
How to use it: The purchased goods can be returned within 14 working days of receipt (Legislative Decree 206/2005), without the need to provide a reason for the return.
To exercise this right, you must send an email to HELP@MUSAESTUDIO.COM, specifying "Return Request and Order Number" in the subject line, or contact us via WhatsApp at +39 389 858 9349.
As per current regulations, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
PLEASE NOTE: Damaged products or items that are not in their original, sealed packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender, with shipping costs charged to the recipient.
TIME AND METHOD OF REFUND
The items you choose to return will be fully REFUNDED, REPLACED, and/or EXCHANGED.
Once we receive your return, we will check the integrity of the items. Please allow up to 7 working days for this verification process, after which we will send you a confirmation of acceptance via email.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods, for the amount paid for the returned products, as indicated on the Purchase Receipt, excluding shipping costs as per current regulations (Art. 5, Paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22/05/1999).
The refund will be made after acceptance, directly to the PayPal account used for the purchase and in the same currency.
You should see the refund in your account within 14 days; however, please note that this timing may vary depending on PayPal and/or banking procedures.
If you do not see the refund in your account after 14 days from the return delivery, do not hesitate to contact us.
